🏛️Initiating Raffles for Project Owners/Individuals

Hey Project Owners and Influencers! Welcome to rock with HubX Raffles!

Connect your X account, log in, and hit "Start a Raffle”.

We have two types: "Spread-the-Word" for quick promo and "Like-to-Win" for direct retweets. Choose what suits you!

Simultaneously, we support Raffle rewards like whitelists, tokens, and inscriptions.

Now, set up your Raffle!

Spread-the-Word Raffle

1. Add tweet keywords for flair.

2. A template for quick hype? Yes, please!

3. You can add 1-2 Twitter accounts and 1-2 Discord community links. After adding, users need to follow or join the Discord community to receive Raffle tickets.

4. Select reward type: whitelist or tokens. Note that inscriptions are included under the token type.

For whitelist rewards, complete additional steps: select the chain, enter whitelist reward details, mint URL, mint time, distribution quantity, and upload a whitelist image.

Please be aware that in the current version, it's recommended to reach out to HubX official first for a quick check before jumping into any raffle activities. You can simply click "Contact @HubX_Official" to connect with our team for further discussion.

For token rewards, continue with: select the chain, choose the token, enter the reward quantity, and number of winners. Also, fulfill the required amount transfer to initiate the activity.

If the desired token isn't found, you can easily add it by entering and searching for its name.

5.Distribution Options: You can opt for an equal split or take your chances with random token rewards.

6. Start Time Setup: Choose when your raffle event kicks off.

7. How to Announce Raffle Results: You've got two options—either set a deadline or let it happen automatically when enough participants join in.

After completing all these settings, you can proceed with the token transfer and wait for the activity to begin. The raffle results will be revealed 2 hours after the event's end time by default.

Like-to-Win Raffle

For the Like-to-Win Raffle, most of the setup remains the same as mentioned earlier. The only difference is when you set up the retweet message. You can either add the URL of a tweet you've already posted or directly edit the tweet content. The HubX system will handle publishing the tweet for you. Once set up, you can ask participants to like or comment on the tweet, and the system will verify if they've completed these actions.

Once configured, initiate the token transfer and wait for the Raffle to begin. Track your initiated Raffles in the Profile-Event section. If you are offering whitelist rewards, you can download the winning list after the activity ends and send out rewards.
